Osha Aniseya (Holocomm) — Star Wars The Black Series

Black Series Osha Aniseya Holocomm — Hasbro Pulse / Disney Store exclusive, 2024. $27.99. 18 joints. Light-up Holo Puck and Bounty Chip. From The Acolyte. First and only 6-inch Black Series figure of this character. Barbell neck, butterfly shoulders, swivel-hinged articulation throughout.

Overview

Osha Aniseya (Holocomm) is a Hasbro Pulse and Disney Store exclusive released in 2024 at $27.99, part of the Black Series Holocomm Collection sub-line. Osha Aniseya is the protagonist of The Acolyte — the 2024 Disney+ limited series set in the High Republic era, following twin sisters Osha and Mae on opposite sides of a conflict involving a Sith assassin. This is the first and only 6-inch Black Series figure of Osha Aniseya, making it the definitive collectible representation of the character in this scale regardless of the Holocomm sub-line context.

The Holocomm Collection

The Holocomm Collection is a Phase 4 exclusive sub-line adding a light-up Holo Puck and Bounty Chip to each figure — accessories unavailable in standard retail releases. The Holo Puck illuminates on press. Ten figures were released across 2023–2024; Osha and her twin Mae make up the Acolyte pair within the sub-line, both at the $27.99 tier. Osha is available through Hasbro Pulse and Disney Store; Mae through Walmart.

The Figure

18 joints — barbell-jointed neck, ball-jointed lower neck, butterfly-jointed shoulders, swivel-hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball-jointed waist, barbell-jointed hip, swivel-hinged knees, swivel boots, rocker ankles. The butterfly-jointed shoulders — the same forward-reach mechanism found on the Darth Maul Holocomm — enable wider two-handed weapon poses and reaching stances than standard ball-joint shoulders. The articulation scheme is modern Phase 4 throughout.

Accessories

Light-up Holo Puck — Holocomm Collection standard. It’s the figure-specific accessory highlight here.

Bounty Chip — Holocomm Collection standard.

It is notable that Osha’s figure-specific accessory count is limited to the Holo Puck and Bounty Chip — no lightsaber, no additional weapon. Osha is a former Jedi Padawan who abandoned the Order and works as a meknek (spacecraft engineer) at the start of The Acolyte, which partly explains the minimal weapon accessories. The sculpt focuses on her costume and likeness rather than combat gear.

First and Only in 6-Inch

This is the only Black Series 6” figure of Osha Aniseya. The Acolyte was a limited run that received a complicated reception and was not renewed for a second season, which means the Holocomm releases of Osha and Mae may be the only 6” representations these characters receive. For collectors with an interest in completeness across the Star Wars character library, or specifically in High Republic era figures, the Holocomm version is the one to acquire — there may not be another.

Osha Aniseya — Character Context

Osha is a twin — her identical sister Mae took a very different path, training under a Sith rather than the Jedi. The series explores their fractured relationship across a High Republic setting approximately 100 years before The Phantom Menace, when the Jedi were at the height of their influence. The character is played by Amandla Stenberg (who also plays Mae), and the dual-identity performance is one of the series’ central conceits. The face sculpt on this figure — particularly important given the twin element — is the primary assessment collectors should make at purchase.

$27.99 Tier

At $27.99, Osha is in the Holocomm Collection’s lower price tier alongside Darth Vader, Mae, and Ezra Bridger. The reduced price relative to the $34.99 Mandalorian figures reflects the lighter weapon accessory count — no jetpack, no helmet, no rifle. The Holo Puck and Bounty Chip are the additions over a hypothetical standard retail release.

Hasbro Pulse and Disney Store Availability

Dual-channel availability through Hasbro Pulse and Disney Store makes this more accessible than single-channel exclusives. Both platforms are direct-to-consumer with standard purchasing. International collectors should note that Disney Store availability varies by region.

Secondary Market

Hasbro Pulse / Disney Store, 2024. Minimal accessories to verify — just the Holo Puck and Bounty Chip. Given the character’s limited production run and “first and only” status in the 6” line, secondary market demand may exceed production quantities over time as The Acolyte finds its audience on streaming.

Verdict

Osha Aniseya Holocomm is the definitive — and likely only — 6” Black Series version of this character. The $27.99 price is appropriate for the accessory count. The butterfly shoulders and modern articulation deliver good display range. For High Republic collectors and those tracking complete character coverage in the 6” line, this is a must. Pair with Mae Holocomm for the complete Acolyte twins set.

The Acolyte’s Place in the High Republic

The Acolyte is set approximately 100 years before The Phantom Menace — further back in the Star Wars timeline than any prior live-action series. The High Republic era is characterised by a Jedi Order at the height of its influence and the first stirrings of a Sith threat that the Jedi believe to be extinct. Osha’s role as a former Padawan who walked away gives her a unique perspective on both the institution of the Jedi and the individual cost of that affiliation. Her character asks questions about the Jedi that later films answer in darker ways.

For collectors interested in the breadth of Star Wars history rather than just the films and The Mandalorian era, Osha Aniseya represents a genuine expansion of the character library in the 6” line into underrepresented territory.

Hasbro Pulse and Disney Store — Dual Channel Advantage

Having two access channels reduces the stress of securing an exclusive at launch. Hasbro Pulse is the direct Hasbro storefront; Disney Store is the Disney retail arm. Both carry the same figure at the same price. International collectors should check which platform serves their region better — HasbroPulse has improved international shipping significantly, while Disney Store availability varies by country. Either way, the dual-channel approach for Osha is one of the more collector-friendly distribution decisions in the Holocomm sub-line.
