The First Order Snowtrooper Officer is a Toys’R’Us Holiday 2015 exclusive at $19.99 — the officer variant of the new-design First Order Snowtrooper from The Force Awakens, distinguished by the shoulder pauldron indicating rank. 19 joints — ball-jointed dual-axis neck, lower swivel neck, ball-jointed shoulders, elbows, wrists, upper body, hips, swivel thighs, swivel joints above and below knees, ball-jointed ankles. Beautifully sculpted with well-hidden joints throughout.
Four Accessories
Blaster rifle — the trooper holds it tightly in each hand. A two-hand grip configuration is possible. The primary weapon for dynamic battle poses.
Removable shoulder pauldron — the rank insignia that marks this as an officer. Technically removable, but only after the head has been popped off the neck peg to slide the pauldron free. The source documentation tried and couldn’t get the head off without significant force. Attempt at your own risk — forced removal risks damaging the neck joint.
Backpack — plugs firmly and securely into a hole in the back of the figure.
Removable soft-plastic kama — the skirt-like piece around the waist is made of soft plastic and pulls off the figure easily. No tools or force required.
Display Notes
No head under the helmet. The kama is the only truly easy-swap removal. The pauldron is display-fixed for practical purposes. Well-hidden joints mean the seams and pivot points don’t interrupt the trooper’s visual profile.

First Order Snowtrooper Officer is a clean TFA-era trooper with well-hidden articulation, a firmly plugging backpack, and an easy-remove kama for display options. The shoulder pauldron’s inaccessibility without risky head removal is the one practical limitation — it’s effectively a permanent display feature.
