Overview
General Veers is a Walgreens September 2018 exclusive at $19.99 — the Imperial General who led the AT-AT assault on Hoth in The Empire Strikes Back, commanding from the cockpit of the lead walker. First realistic 6” Black Series release of the character. 18 joints — ball-jointed neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, upper body, hips, swivel thighs, swivel joints above and below knees, ball-jointed ankles. The photo-real face printing is described as incredibly good.
Four Accessories
Blaster — the same blaster included with Admiral Piett. Fits well into both hands and sits in the holster cleanly.
Imperial officer hat — fits perfectly onto Veers’s head. The hat’s chin strap even sits correctly on the chin — a detail that’s often overlooked on Imperial officer figures.
AT-AT pilot helmet — the helmet Veers wears when piloting. Also a perfect fit over the head. The goggles on the helmet are sculpted on and not removable. Both headpieces swap cleanly, giving two distinct display options: the command bridge officer or the cockpit pilot.
Chest armour — easily placed onto the figure’s body and fits naturally. It doesn’t make Veers look puffy or oversized — the source documentation specifically notes it avoids the “snap-on armour bulk” problem that plagued some earlier Hasbro figures. With armour on, he looks like someone who just put on their gear.
Display Configurations
Hat only: General Veers on the command bridge, issuing orders. Helmet with armour: Veers in the AT-AT cockpit, preparing for the Hoth assault. Both headpieces swap without tools. Three weapons modes available between blaster, holster, and two-hand holding.

General Veers is among the best Walgreens Black Series exclusives of the programme — an outstanding photo-real face, four well-designed accessories with two hat/helmet configurations, and natural-fitting armour. The source documentation says display him proudly, and that’s right.
