The Clone Trooper Phase II & Holiday Porg Holiday Edition 2-Pack is the fifth of six Holiday Edition 2-packs in the 2022 series, released in November 2022 exclusively through HasbroPulse.com. Hasbro Pulse exclusive at $27.99. The Clone Trooper is a repaint of a Phase II Clone Trooper source body in a Christmas Gingerbread colour scheme. A Holiday Porg accompanies in festive styling. Pack #5 of 6 in the 2022 Holiday Edition series. Year imprinted on packaging: 2020.
The Gingerbread Paint
The figure was repainted in a Christmas Gingerbread look — warm brown tones with seasonal detailing that mimics a gingerbread biscuit configuration across the Phase II armour. This is one of the more distinctive Holiday Edition paint concepts in the 2022 series — the gingerbread aesthetic maps less obviously onto Clone Trooper armour than elf or sweater patterns do, which makes it a more creative choice.
Soft Plastic Bells AND Knee Pads
The shoulder bells and the knee pads are made out of very soft plastic which allows for a wider range of movement. This is the most specific engineering positive in the 2022 Holiday Edition series — not only soft shoulder bells (as on the 2020 Sith Trooper Holiday Edition) but soft knee pads as well. Both constraints that normally limit Imperial/Republic trooper articulation are addressed in this single figure. The result is a Clone Trooper Holiday Edition with meaningfully more practical range of motion than standard hard-plastic-component trooper releases.
17 joints — standard Phase 4 baseline. The review figure had stiff joints which kept its balance well even in dynamic poses. Stiff joints on a Holiday Edition release is a positive note — better than loose joints affecting display stability.
The Blaster
Hasbro included a blaster with the trooper which fits well into both hands. Unlike the Mandalorian Warrior Holiday Edition (no blasters despite functional holsters), the Clone Trooper Phase II gets an actual weapon to hold. The helmet is not removable and there are no removable parts on the armour.

Clone Trooper Phase II & Holiday Porg Holiday Edition 2-Pack is the articulation-engineering highlight among the 2022 Holiday Edition Clone/trooper character classes — soft plastic shoulder bells plus soft knee pads delivering wider movement range on both major trooper articulation constraints is genuinely useful, the gingerbread paint is a creative Holiday Edition concept, the blaster is included and fits well, and the stiff joints maintain display stability.
