The Mandalorian Warrior & Bogling Holiday Edition 2-Pack is the fourth of six Holiday Edition 2-packs in the 2022 series, sold exclusively at Target in early November 2022. Target exclusive at $27.99. The Mandalorian Warrior uses the Mandalorian Loyalist sculpt (figure id=25883) in a Christmas paint scheme. A white holiday Bogling accompanies. Pack #4 of 6 in the 2022 Holiday Edition series.

The Ugly Christmas Sweater

The Christmas paint application looks pretty nice — especially the ugly Christmas sweater. The Mandalorian Loyalist sculpt’s armour configuration provides a varied surface texture that reads well under the festive ugly sweater paint. Of the 2022 Holiday Edition paint applications, this is one of the specifically commended designs — the sweater pattern works across the armour in a way that reads intentional rather than just colourful.

The Two Accessories

Removable jet-pack — plugs into a hole in the back of the figure cleanly.

Pulse rifle — fits OK into the figure’s hands. The pulse rifle is an adequate weapon for display but the grip isn’t described as especially secure.

There were no blasters included despite the figure having functional holsters. This is the same holster-present-blaster-absent critique as the 2020 Stormtrooper Holiday Edition — the holsters are tooled and functional, but Hasbro declined to include the sidearms to fill them. The helmet and gauntlets are not removable.

Articulation

21 joints. Ball-jointed top neck, swivel lower neck, ball-jointed shoulders, elbows, and wrists, swivel forearms, ball-jointed upper body, ball-jointed hips, swivel thighs, swivel joints above and below both knees, ball-jointed ankles. Above baseline through swivel forearms. The figure stands securely on display without balance issues.

The Bogling Companion

The white Bogling — a small furry creature from The Mandalorian — accompanies in seasonal styling. Of the 2022 Holiday Edition companion figures, the white Bogling is a notably charming choice: small, expressive, and naturally suited to the novelty holiday colour treatment.

Verdict

Mandalorian Warrior & Bogling Holiday Edition 2-Pack is a solid 2022 Target Holiday Edition entry — the ugly sweater paint is specifically commended as nice, the jet-pack and pulse rifle provide above-minimum accessory coverage, the swivel forearms sit above the baseline, and the white Bogling is a charming companion. The holsters-without-blasters omission is the structural critique. Target exclusive, early November 2022, Pack #4 of 6.
