The Black Series Rey (Starkiller Base) — K-Mart April 2016 exclusive. $24.99. Same sculpt as Rey Jakku but different paint and accessories. 19 joints. 4 accessories: blue lightsaber with removable blade, two Starkiller snow bases (footprints + connector, combine with Kylo's base for full duel display). Snow on boots front only. Two-hand saber grip possible. Outstanding Daisy Ridley likeness.

Overview

Rey (Starkiller Base) is a K-Mart April 2016 exclusive at $24.99 — the companion piece to the Kylo Ren (Starkiller Base) released during the prior Holiday season. Built on the same sculpt as Rey (Jakku) (id=3594) with a slightly different paint application and a completely different accessory set: instead of a staff and blaster, she comes with a lightsaber and two Starkiller snow display bases that connect to Kylo’s base. 19 joints — ball-jointed dual-axis neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, swivel thighs, swivel joints above and below knees, ball-jointed ankles.

The Combined Display

Two Starkiller snow bases are included. One has footprint indentations where Rey’s boots can be placed, and it works well — the feet slot in cleanly. Both of Rey’s bases can be connected to Kylo’s base to create a three-base combined Starkiller duel display. This is the centrepiece feature of the K-Mart Starkiller set — a connected snow battlefield scene from the climactic forest duel of The Force Awakens.

Lightsaber

Blue lightsaber with removable blade — the Skywalker lightsaber Rey wields at Starkiller Base. The blade detaches from the hilt cleanly. The figure can hold the saber well in each hand. With the right posing it’s possible to have Rey grip the saber with both hands simultaneously — a natural display configuration for the duel scene.

Sculpt and Costume

Beautifully sculpted with well-hidden joints and strong resemblance to Daisy Ridley. No removable parts on the outfit. Snow has been applied to the front of the boots — the back is clean. Front-only snow is a minor note; it’s not visible from the primary display angle. No balancing issues.

Versus Rey (Jakku)

Same base sculpt, slightly different paint — the outfit weathering and colour tone are adjusted for the Starkiller snow environment rather than Jakku desert. The Jakku version (id=3594) comes with a staff and blaster; this version replaces those with the Skywalker lightsaber and the two Starkiller display bases. Neither is strictly better — they represent different moments in Rey’s TFA journey.

Secondary Market

K-Mart April 2016. Verify accessories: lightsaber hilt, removable blade, and both Starkiller snow bases (confirm two present — they’re the most valuable accessories for the combined display).

Verdict

Rey (Starkiller Base) is the other half of one of Phase 3’s best display configurations. The sculpt is outstanding, the base connection feature with the Kylo companion delivers a genuine scene-building payoff, and the two-hand saber grip pose works naturally. The front-only boot snow is the sole paint note.
