Overview
The Shoretrooper is a Walmart November/December 2016 exclusive at $19.99 — the specialist Stormtrooper stationed at the Imperial data vault on Scarif, defending the beaches and bunkers of the planetary facility in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. This is the standard-rank Shoretrooper, distinct from the Squad Leader variant (id=4820) in both rank markings and build details. 19 joints — ball-jointed dual-axis neck, lower swivel neck, ball-jointed shoulders, elbows, wrists, upper body, hips, swivel thighs, swivel joints above and below knees, ball-jointed ankles.
The Figure
One blaster rifle included: fits well in both hands. The helmet and the ammunition pouch on the front are not removable. The Shoretrooper’s defining visual quality is the heavy weathering — lots of scratches and dirt applied to both the front and the back of the armour. This is a trooper who’s been on duty in a tropical coastal environment, and the paint reflects it. No balance issues.
Standard vs Squad Leader
The Shoretrooper and the Shoretrooper Squad Leader (id=4820) are noticeably different figures. The rank markings, pauldron configuration, and some armour details differ between the two. Collectors building a Scarif display should have both if accuracy matters — this is the rank-and-file trooper, not the commander.
Troop Building
With heavy weathering front and back and a believable beach-garrison aesthetic, this figure is one of the better Walmart trooper exclusives for army-building. The weathering variation between units in a display adds realism.

Verdict
Shoretrooper (Walmart) is a clean, well-weathered Scarif standard-rank trooper — good articulation, excellent dirt and scratch application both front and back, and a distinct visual identity from the Squad Leader version. Essential for a Rogue One/Scarif display.
