Din Djarin Tatooine at the Credit Collection is the third and final Credit Collection entry for the Mandalorian warrior — the only Credit Collection Mandalorian to include a New Republic Credit rather than an Imperial Credit, and the only one sold as a Tatooine-specific configuration. Released exclusively at Amazon in late 2022, with most collectors receiving their figures in early January 2023. Amazon exclusive at $27.99. 21 joints. Five accessories: a blaster, a pulse rifle, a removable plastic cape, a jet-pack, and a collectible New Republic Credit coin. This particular sculpt has been released by Hasbro countless times — the Credit Collection Tatooine is the third repaint in the Credit Collection, with the only new element being the paint application and the packaging.
The Third Credit Collection Mandalorian
Across three years, Din Djarin appeared in three distinct Credit Collection repaints — each on a different source body with slightly different accessory loadouts and released through Amazon each time. This 2022 Tatooine entry completes the trilogy:
- 2020 Wave 1: 2019 source body, cape + blaster + blaster rifle + Imperial Credit
- 2021 Beskar Armour: 2020 Beskar source body, cape + blaster + blaster rifle + jet-pack + Imperial Credit
- 2022 Tatooine: Tatooine-era source body, blaster + pulse rifle + cape + jet-pack + New Republic Credit
The shift from Imperial Credit to New Republic Credit in 2022 aligns with the broader Credit Collection’s later releases shifting coin types.
The Five-Accessory Loadout
Blaster — fits exceptionally well into the right hand with the index finger on the trigger. The holster is the perfect size.
Pulse rifle — can be plugged into a hole in the back of Din Djarin. Note this is described as a pulse rifle (longer, Tatooine-era weapon) rather than the standard blaster rifle of the earlier CC Mandalorian releases.
Removable plastic cape — taken off by pulling it over the helmet.
Jet-pack — plugs firmly into three holes in the back. Attaching both the jet-pack and the cape simultaneously is possible but the cape gets in the way and doesn’t look great — same constraint as the 2021 Beskar release.
New Republic Credit coin — the 2022 Credit Collection coin type, distinct from the Imperial Credits in the 2020 and 2021 Amazon CC Mandalorian releases.
No head underneath the helmet — standard integrated Mandalorian character-class design.

21 joints. Ball-jointed top neck, ball-jointed lower neck, ball-jointed shoulders, ball-jointed elbows, swivel forearms, ball-jointed wrists, ball-jointed upper body, ball-jointed hips, swivel thighs, swivel joints above and below the knees, ball-jointed ankles. Above baseline through dual-axis neck, swivel forearms, and dual-axis knee engineering. The figure stands well on display without falling over.
The Amazon Credit Collection Sub-Cluster
Amazon’s four Credit Collection exclusives across 2020-2022 form a distinct parallel track to the Target, GameStop, Fan Channel, Walmart, and Hasbro Pulse distributions: Din Djarin Wave 1 (2020), Death Trooper (2020), Din Djarin Beskar Armour (2021), and this Tatooine variant (2022). Amazon was the only retailer to receive Credit Collection figures across all three years of the sub-line’s run.
Secondary Market
Single-carded Amazon exclusive Credit Collection release with dedicated Credit Collection cardback, late 2022/early January 2023. Available on the secondary market. Verify all five accessories are present — the pulse rifle and the New Republic Credit coin are the most distinctive components to check.

Din Djarin Tatooine (Credit Collection) closes the three-entry Amazon Mandalorian Credit Collection arc — the New Republic Credit coin distinguishes it from both earlier CC Mandalorian releases, the pulse rifle provides a different weapon configuration than the standard blaster rifle, the jet-pack and cape loadout mirrors the 2021 Beskar version, and the figure stands reliably with clean blaster grip and holster fit. The cape-plus-jet-pack awkward-display limitation is shared with the 2021 Beskar release.
Buy this figure if you collect the Credit Collection as a complete set, if you’re building the three-entry Din Djarin Credit Collection character arc, or if the New Republic Credit coin distinguishes this release sufficiently from the prior two for your collection. Skip if you already have the 2021 Beskar version and don’t see the paint and coin change as meaningful differentiation.
